Carter Bien is in his 11th year of coaching and is in his 3rd Year at Wichita Falls (2 at Wichita Falls High, 1 at Memorial). During his first 8 years he was in Dallas, TX coaching basketball and football at Highland Park High School. He just finished a Bi-District finalist season at Memorial.
